In the wake of a politically unsettling week, it felt AMAZING to gather in creative community. To the writers and organizers and attendees that made this event so special, THANK YOU!
Yes-there was a heaviness in the air for many of us, but there was also laughter. I've always known I'm at my happiest when I am making things. Let's keep doing what it is we do when the clouds roll through--seeking out the spaces where the light peeks in.
